Lotus Biscoff cookies are a caramel cookie made in Belgium. We drop a spoonful of their spread inside our signature cookie dough, roll it in biscoff biscuits, then drizzle with their smooth cookie spread = heaven.
Peanut Butter Jelly
Stuffed with peanut butter then a dollop of raspberry jam in the middle to keep this cookie sweet, tart and moist! We then top with straight smooth peanut butter and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
