How long will my cookies last?

Since we skip the preservatives, our cookies are best enjoyed fresh! We recommend devouring them within a week for the ultimate taste and texture. Just keep them sealed and stored in a cool, dry spot to keep them happy.

Want to save some for later? No problem! Pop them in the freezer as soon as they arrive, and they’ll stay delicious for up to 1 month. Cookie cravings, meet long-term planning!

Can I pick up cookies that I ordered online?

Unfortunately we no longer have a retail shop and therefore you are unable to collect your cookies in store, we offer nationwide delivery only ☺

Are all of your cookies vegan?

Yes! Chunk’d cookies do not contain any animal products. However they are baked in facilities that may process non-vegan products and therefore may contain traces of non-vegan material.

Do your cookies contain allergens?

All of our cookies may contain nuts as they are baked in the same kitchen and sometimes share the same box as several of our nut flavoured cookies. Our Macadamia White Choc, Peanut Butter Jelly and Lactivate cookies all contain nuts. All of our cookies also contain soy milk and gluten.

Do you have an no added gluten option?

We have a delicious range of no added gluten cookies and are super proud that we can offer 5 x epic flavours! Check out our  No added gluten options here.

Where do you deliver?

We are proud to say we deliver NZ wide! However, if it is a rural address please note this may take longer to arrive, and to please select the rural delivery courier option.

How does delivery work?

Our cookies are dispatched for delivery every Tuesday. Please note that delivery to rural or non-metropolitan addresses may take longer than usual.

Our couriers collect your freshly baked cookies each Monday, with the goal of delivering them on Tuesday. However, delivery times may vary depending on courier demand, which is unfortunately beyond our control. For this reason, we recommend not relying on delivery for a specific date or event.

Once your order has been collected, you will receive an email confirming that your cookies are on their way. This email will include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
